    Power Whip Mousse 9 is a new formula! Terrible!

    I have an older can of the 9 Power Whip mousse and just purchased a re-designed can of the 9 Power whip mousse. The new can is also a new and very substandard formula. I know this because I have the old can/formula to compare. Will not be repurchasing the new Power Whip 9.
