We respect your personal information and process it in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

1. Information we collect

Only the information you enter yourself in the forms on this website:

Newsletter sign-up: email, and whether you are a Joico fan or a salon professional.
Hair consultation: name, phone number, email, hair condition, province/city, message.
Salon partner registration: name, phone number, email, salon name, province/city, message.
Contact form: name, phone number, email, message.

We also record the page from which you sent the form, so we know which products you are interested in. This website does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

2. How we use your information

To contact you with advice on products, hair care and hair color as you requested.
To process salon partner registrations, quotations and orders.
To send newsletters about new products, offers and education programs (only if you signed up).

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Storage and protection

Your information is stored on a private server rented by Joico Vietnam from Hostinger, located in Malaysia, and is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. By submitting a form, you agree that your information is stored on this server.
Only Joico Vietnam consultation and sales staff can view it, through a password-protected admin account.
Retention: for as long as needed to advise and serve you, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Sharing your information

We only share your information:

With the nearest Joico partner salon, only when you ask us to find a salon for you;
With competent state authorities when required by law.

5. Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent to receive newsletters at any time. Just message us on Zalo at 079 688 6868; we will handle your request within 72 working hours.

6. Cookies

This website only stores your language choice (Vietnamese/English) in your browser so the next visit shows the right language. We do not use advertising cookies.
